– **Local Pickup/Meetings Only**: Most sales are for local pickup or local meetings only in Mayfield, Kentucky, US. We do not have a retail store—this is an online-only business. Our business will not be open at the physical location.
– **By Appointment Only**: All pickups or meetings must be scheduled in advance and are by appointment only. Meetings are based on mutual availability between you and us.
– Shipping is available in limited cases via standard carriers, but items will only be shipped to eligible states. Shipping times are estimates; delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments beyond carrier insurance.
## 4. Returns and Refunds
– **No General Refunds**: Refunds are generally not given. All sales are final.
